Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken (I've made this with boneless, skinless breast and with bone in, skin on thighs. It's delicious with any part of the chicken you like to eat)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup minced dried onions
- 3/4 cup honey (you can substitute agave)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 tablespoon red pepper flakes
To use: Thaw in the refrigerator. Place in crock-pot on low for 3-4 hours until cooked through.
Serve with rice, quinoa, or mashed potatoes
