Turbo is going to be Rapunzel for Halloween this year, so I found a pattern online that I adapted to make the dress.
And of course we have a wig that my sister made for her for my niece's Rapunzel party.
I adapted the dress from the June Bug dress pattern on Craftiness is Not Optional.
As you can see, their dress has the panel on the top on the outside with buttons, so I flipped it and basted it together. From there I just laced up the button holes, and created the same panel to match on the bottom.

I'm planning on making some other princess dresses for dress up using their pattern making tutorial, so if I do I'll be sure to post them here.
